PLANNING YOUR NC 2025 TRIP

REGISTER

Register for the trip by 11/16/2024.
Mandatory Trainings Dec 14th, Jan 4th and Feb 1st

BUY YOUR FLIGHT

Arrival needs to be by 3:00 pm Feb 12.
Return flights need to be after 12:00pm Feb 19.

INVITE PARTNERS

Let God work through others to help fund your trip. Contact us for a sample letter to send out. All $ is due by Jan 31, 2025.

Each participant is responsible for their own transportation.

TCMBA will provide ground transportation from Raliegh-Durham Intl Airport to our location we will be serving (2 hours away). Because of this distance, we ask you to stay within the timeframes listed above. You are also welcome to rent your own car if you need to follow a different schedule.

Attend Saturday morning Trainings

We are serving as a team so we need to know each other well before we head to North Carolina. We also want to be equipped to serve the people we are meeting. Our trainings will be for spiritual growth, relationship building and skill training.
