Mission Trips
Since 2017, the TCMBA has cooperated together to send teams of 22-25 people to San Juan, Puerto Rico. We partner there with SBC churches to serve needs within their church and their surrounding communities. Various projects have included:
- Sports/Activity Camps, providing T-shirts for all the children and their families
- Scraping paint, new paint, plumbing and carpentry work for church facilities
- Cleaning up neigbhorhood garbage
- Serving methodone addicts at Central hospital
- Distributing door-to-door invitations for the churches
- Serve a BBQ dinner to the neighborhood
- Painted bathrooms, and sidewalk games at area elementary schools
- Put on sports clinic at elementary schools and hand out ice cream
- Painted colorful shapes and numbers at daycare facility and doing crafts with kids
